this bike belonged to a friend. his starter went out. he left it parked and it got hit in a parking lot. the rear brakes were damaged. (bought replacement) bought replacement starter, headlight kit, the plastics were trashed. it needs a brake lever for front brakes, new plastics, and the rear brake, mounting bracket, master cylinder, and calipers put on. I have all the parts minus the clutch cover and the plastics. it has a small chip out of it. you'll have to buy that. I have the gas tank and the seat. the plastics are gone but I do have a headlight fairing (aftermarket). you could fix it up or use it for parts for your own bike. Or maybe even part it out and resell it. Clear title. I just have too many projects and need to thin the herd if you know what I mean. K-Tech release 25SSK for Big Piston Forks
Mon, 21 May 2012K-Tech have released their popular 25SSK front fork open cartridge system to fit all Showa Big Piston Forks. Here's what K-Tech have to say about them: These lightweight aluminium units are supplied to the same exacting specification as all other 25SSK fitments with 14mm piston rods and a 25mm cartridge tube, the 14mm piston rods displace a large volume of oil through the 25mm control pistons giving enhanced damping characteristics over the standard Big Piston Fork and allow a bigger volume of air for a more precise feel at the bottom of the fork travel.
