Kawasaki W650 description

This W650 is in pristine condition, completely factory stock, and original, with only 594 miles.  This has to be one of the nicest W650 in existence.  The bike was in climate controlled environment, ( in owners office) for over 10 years. Please notice from the pictures, the factory break in decal on the tachometer,  the factory tire and load date information decal on the right side of the swingarm,  and the factory important drive chain information decal on the chain guard.  There is not a scratch, a mark, or a defect what so ever, you could put bike in a museum, it's that nice.  When someone says like new, condition, this W650 , is truly LIKE NEW.   Bike runs absolutely perfect, hit the start button, and it instantly fires.  Carbs recently cleaned by professional Kawasaki mechanic, who is very familiar with W650's.  Please note that I took picture of underside of rear fender, ( clean as new), also took pic of crossover pipe on exhaust system and pic of center stand.  On many W's, under rear fender, the cross over on exhaust, and center stand, are pitted and rusty..  Why am I selling?  Well, you could say I have a love affair with W650's.  I presently have three W's. .  I have several residences in US, and I thought I would put a W in each location.   I presently have 19 motorcycles, and, just decided two W650's is enough and time to sell some of my bikes.     I'm 70 years old, and obviously love motorcycles.  In any case, this W I'm selling would be a tremendous addition to anyone's collection. or ride it, enjoy it, and get ready for everyone, everywhere asking you about this bike.   I have included a couple extra pictures of the Three W's lined up. Burgundy one has 534 miles, the 2001 has1179, and the one I'm selling with 594.   I bought the 534 mile bike brand new with 0 miles on it.   There are W's out there for Mid 4's,  Low 5's. with miles and most likely, they have cosmetic flaws. If you want a near perfect, cherry, mint, as new, pristine W650 this is it.  Only the 2000 blue silver bike is for sale.  I will deliver the bike FREE anywhere east of the Mississippi with buy now price.    Please call 407-617-3417 with any questions.

Anthony West Can’t Afford to Pay to Race MotoGP, Mulls Retirement

Fri, 27 Jan 2012

The 2012 MotoGP season is still months away and the world championship has already lost an entry, as veteran Anthony West announced his withdrawal from the series because he cannot afford to compete. The 30-year-old Australian racer was included on the provisional 2012 MotoGP entry list to compete for the Speed Master team on an Aprilia CRT machine. But with the official pre-season test at Sepang, Malaysia, coming up next week, West says he will not race because teams are asking riders to pay too much to race for them.
