I am selling my 2001 Kawasaki W650 which includes clear title, and was just recently serviced at a reputable dealer. All safety items checked and passed - tires, brakes, lights, and fluids. Battery is new. Carbs and fuel tank cleaned during service. This motorcycle is in excellent condition both mechanically and physically. No dents, dings, or scratches. This bike is both an electric and kick start. Starts first time. Includes extra Corbin seat (single rider), windshield, saddle bags, and owners manual.

Provisional 2012 World Superbike Championship Entry List Released

The International Motorcycling Federation has released a preliminary entry list for the 2012 World Superbike Championship. The preliminary list includes 24 entries representing six manufacturers: Aprilia, BMW, Ducati, Honda, Kawasaki and Suzuki. Noticeably absent is Yamaha which announced last summer it would pull out of WSBK racing.

The historic race first-ever World Superbike Championship round in Russia provided plenty of drama with several top riders crashing out of both races and a new leader emerge in the chase for the 2012 WSBK Championship. Superpole qualifying made for four different manufacturers lining up in the first row of the grid, with Carlos Checa taking pole position for Althea Ducati ahead of Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes, Aprilia‘s Eugene Laverty and BMW rider Leon Haslam. A slightly damp and unfamiliar track likely contributed to a number of crashes and collisions.
