I am selling my 2010 KLR650E motorcycle. It has 27,150 miles mostly highway. I will continue to ride it to work on nice days.
I mostly commute to work on the interstate, have ridden on dirt road a few times. I am the second owner I bought it about 3 years ago. This bike has been very well maintained. It has been Garage kept and maintained since I purchased it. It has some normal scratches etc from normal wear. It has never been dropped since I've owned it. When I bought it the Plastic cowlings had some cracks and scratches so I repaired them and repainted them black. It also has black gorilla tape on the cowlings to help to prevent flapping of the tank mollies. This bike has been well cared for by me and is in excellent running condition. This bike is ready for any adventure anywhere, fully loaded, prepared for anything. In very nice condition for the year. Kawasaki Announces New Protection Plans
Tue, 19 Aug 2014Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. announced recently that after 28 years of providing coverage to Kawasaki customers, the Good Times Protection Plan (GTPP) has been rebranded as Kawasaki Protection Plus (KPP). Kawasaki Protection Plus offers all of the same factory backed coverage and extended service contract programs as GTPP, but through Kawasaki’s partnership with Service Group, KPP has added new products including GAP, Tire & Wheel, Prepaid Maintenance as well as all-encompassing coverage for other OEM brands in the form of Preferred Protection Plus.
AMA Supercross: 2012 Arlington Results
Tue, 21 Feb 2012Defending champion Ryan Villopoto won his third consecutive AMA Supercross race in Arlington, Texas, but the victory was overshadowed by a season-ending injury suffered by one of his main challengers Chad Reed. TwoTwo Motorsport Honda‘s Reed trailed Villopoto in second place for the first six laps at Cowboys Stadium. Disaster struck on Lap 7 however as Reed crashed hard in the whoops.
Isle of Man TT 2014: Dainese Superbike TT Results
Mon, 02 Jun 2014Michael Dunlop won a historic Dainese Superbike race to kick off the 2014 Isle of Man TT week. Riding the S1000RR, Dunlop secured BMW its first win on the Isle of Man since Georg Meier won on a Type 255 Kompressor in 1939. After catching early leader James Hillier of the Quattro Plant Kawasaki team on the opening lap, Dunlop continued to set an impressive first lap time of 17:11.107, which translates to a record average speed of 131.730 mph on the 37.73-mile Mountain Course.
