Harley-Davidson panhead description

I have owned and road this bike for the past 25 years. Has 500 miles on fresh top and lower end..The paint is a couple of years old and is a shade of turquoise. One or two scratches..Motor has a scar at timing hole. All work was professionally done on motor..Back fender is a front fl fender flip flopped..Cleanest rear fender around. Custom taillight inset..Dual disc wide glide front end and gma brake on rear..Tires are excellant, Dunlop Harley Davidson 16 inchers..Has S&S e bowl and oil pump. Mallory distributor..3 inch belt drive primory that is around ten years old..Original 4 speed tranny...Newer style 5 gallon tanks..Custom pogo seat has wear.. The frame is a 1977 swingarm..Kick start only..Starts easy and runs and sounds great..No leaks but will puke oil if not started regularly, like all pans..Buyer to send down payment at end of auction thru paypal of $1000.00.. The rest to be paid within 10 days of auction end..Buyer to pick up here in Missouri and I'll ride it up onto your truck or trailer..Picking up is buyers concern...as is transferring final funds..I'm sure I forgot a few thing so I might add more later and questions are welcome..Getting old sucks but it's better than the alturnitive..Clear original Missouri title with motor numbers..and a picture of Harry Truman..

One of the many highlights is the giant XR1200 Harley-Davidson Sportster that has been hand-carved from ice and snow by the USA Snow Sculpting Team, on the corner of 5th and Canal Streets.

Fri, 24 Oct 2008

I had a unique opportunity this week to sit down with Oliver Shokouh, the founder of the Love Ride, only days before the 25th anniversary of the purportedly largest one-day rally in the world, kicks-off this coming Sunday, October 26. First and foremost I’m very grateful for Oliver to set aside over half an hour of his precious time so close to the event. Not only does he head-up this massive event, he’s also busy running the very busy and successful Harley-Davidson/Buell of Glendale (California).
