All original. Never laid down or wrecked. It's beautiful cosmetically and stands out among a crowd of BMW's. Comes complete with ABS, a wind screen, steering wheel lock and detachable luggage. The seat has some ware as pictured. Overall mechanically sound. Starts right up, engine runs smoothly and all the power is there. The transmission shifts as it should. Some noise can be heard coming from the differential upon getting moving in first gear from a standstill. Such comes with age. The tires are good and will last for some time to come. Suspension allows this bike to glide along beautifully. No leaks in the shocks or any leaks in general for that matter. What's really great about this bike is that it offers the comfort of a touring bike without compromise. BMW has made a touring bike that not only rides smooth when you're out for a cruise, but accelerates and handles beautifully when you want to perform. And perform it will! If you have any idea what the riding experience of a BMW is all about, you will not be disappointed. Feel free to call for a showing!

Isle of Man TT 2014: Dainese Superbike TT Results

Mon, 02 Jun 2014

Michael Dunlop won a historic Dainese Superbike race to kick off the 2014 Isle of Man TT week. Riding the S1000RR, Dunlop secured BMW its first win on the Isle of Man since Georg Meier won on a Type 255 Kompressor in 1939. After catching early leader James Hillier of the Quattro Plant Kawasaki team on the opening lap, Dunlop continued to set an impressive first lap time of 17:11.107, which translates to a record average speed of 131.730 mph on the 37.73-mile Mountain Course.

Thumbs up for a chilly N.E.C.

Wed, 08 Dec 2010

Apart from the freaky weather I have to say last week’s Carole Nash Motorcycle Live N.E.C. show was the best Birmingham event I've attended in the ten years. I really appreciate the fact that manufacturers chose to ignore the recession giving us great stands to cater for every enthusiast young and old.  Aprilia made a welcome return and I don’t know anyone that didn’t enjoy admiring the WSB RSV4, surely the the most gorgeous bike on the planet? The Honda stand rarely disappoints and this year was no exception with banking bikes providing fun for all the family.
