Up for auction is my 2007 Yamaha Vstar 650 Silverado. Miles are a little over 13,000. New professional paint job last fall. Carbs just rebuilt and the bike completely serviced. New battery last fall. Comes with all the yamaha accessories shown. I have owned it for about 3 yrs. now and due to other projects I want to sell this motorcycle. (please check out my youtube video on the Yamaha). The tires are 75%. Nice ,great running, well balanced motorcycle. Great acceleration and is fun to drive. All the gauges, lights, electrical items work as intended. I have the Bike for sale locally so it may sell early. If you have 0 or poor feedback email before bidding. A deposit of $500.00 is due within 48hrs and balance to be paid by cashiers check or money order no later than 7 days after auctions end. It is a used vehicle sold as is with no warranty. The one-0f-a-kind R1 will be on display at the July 27-29 U.S. Grand Prix at Laguna Seca The unique R1 is painted in Yamaha‘s 50th Anniversary colors and features autographs from legends such as Kenny Roberts, Eddie Lawson and Wayne Rainey, as well as current MotoGP racers Jorge Lorenzo and Ben Spies from the factory Yamaha team and Cal Crutchlow and Andrea Dovizioso from the Tech 3 Yamaha team.

US Motorcycle Sales First Half 2011 Results
Thu, 28 Jul 2011The U.S. motorcycle industry saw a 4.6% decrease in year-on-year sales over the first six months of 2011, thanks mostly to a 17.3% drop in ATV sales. Motorcycle and scooter sales however saw a 1.7% bump in the first half .
