Yamaha V Star description

I've had this bike from brand new, I never have time to ride it and now with a young child, I need to get rid of it to make the wife happy. It's paid for so I can be patient for a good offer. Pictures will show know defects so please don't ask for additional ones. I have clean title and you must arrange for pick up. Only defects I know of are a couple of very small paint chips which are to be expected from anything that left the showroom floor and what I think is some gum burned onto the exhaust pipe. I'm 5'7 and this bike sits low enough and balances well for me. Ideal for smaller riders.

Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A., is proud to announce that it has signed on as sponsor for the GEICO Motorcycle Superbike Shootout Presented By Yamaha, a three-event championship motorcycle road racing series that includes the Yamaha SoCal Nationals at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, CA on April 26-27; the Pacific Nationals at Sonoma Raceway in Sonoma, CA on May 3-4; and the Mountain Nationals at Miller Motorsports Park in Tooele, UT on May 24-25. Yamaha has released a new video of the 2012 YZF-R1 featuring MotoGP racer Ben Spies taking the new bike with Yamaha’s 50th Anniversary limited edition livery to a track day. Spies who won the 2009 World Superbike Championship on a Yamaha R1 so he is obviously very familiar with the sportbike which will now be available with a seven-level traction control system. Spies appears a little bored as the other riders learn the layout of the track and when they get to the track, he calmly waits while they take off around him before dropping the hammer and showing them how it’s done.
