For Sale: 1976 KZ900 A-4 Z1 in amazing shape with 19k original miles. It has tons of new parts and lots of stuff to go with it. I will describe some of the work that has been done but I'll let the pictures do most of the talking. It has new Dyna coils and Dyna electronic ignition with 8mm wires. It has fresh black paint (1 mo old, harley vivid black). New nos front rotor and pads. New tires. New battery. New gaskets all around except valve cover. New bars, grips, mirrors and led signals with solid state flasher. Carbs have been completely gone through and synced. Tank was slimed but poorly, I put a new petcock on and gas cap seal also. I also have all the parts I have removed and tons of gaskets and seals to go with. There is tons more and I could go on and on but I would rather answer specific questions if you still have any. Sold as is, deposit will be required, item is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early if it sells, buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping arrangements. 2013-2014 Kawasaki Ninja 300 Faces More Brake Issues
Mon, 09 Dec 2013Earlier this year, the Kawasaki Ninja 300 was one of several models impacted by a recall on Nissin anti-lock brake system modulators. The fault for that problem clearly lay with Nissin, as the same issue affected other motorcycles from several manufacturers. The little Ninja might not be out of the wood yet however, as other brake-related issues have come up.
2014 Kawasaki Ninja 1000 Spied in Norway
Tue, 20 Aug 2013Spy photographers have captured images in Norway from a video shoot for what appears to be an updated Kawasaki Ninja 1000. The images show two riders on an updated Ninja 1000 (or Z1000SX, as the bike is known in Europe). The saddlebags indicate this is the Z1000SX Touring variant offered in Europe, but the rest of the motorcycle is otherwise similar to the Ninja 1000 (which, by and by, won our 2011 Gentleman Sportbike Shootout over the Suzuki GSX1250FA and Yamaha FZ1.) The new Ninja 1000 doesn’t look much different from the 2013 model, apart from the new paint job.

Tue, 12 Jun 2012Max Biaggi strengthened his hold on the 2012 World Superbike Championship lead with a pair of wins at Italy’s Misano circuit. The Aprilia rider out-battled the Althea Ducati duo of Carlos Checa and Davide Giugliano to win Race One before taking a relatively easier Race Two victory. Before the races, WSBK riders lined up on the starting grid to hold a banner expressing their support for the Emilia region in northern Italy which has been suffering from earthquakes and continuing aftershocks since late May.
