You are bidding on: One (1) used1965 BSA A50 frame with 650 engine with salvage title. Lots of new parts, including: New in Box- AMAL carburetors, new air filters, new tires, seat cover, handlebars, headlamp. Rolling chassis with engine installed. Engine was professionally built by Greg Isles in Denver. Frame is powder coated. Lots of original parts, including: original fuel tank and a smaller tank, fenders, side covers, exhaust silencers, hard to find chain cover, wiring harness, miscellaneous bolts, nuts and screws. There is some small areas of surface rust on both rims and exhaust. The silencers are probably past usable, they have a lot of loose grit, junk inside. The original paint is rough. There is no warranty/guarantee on any parts or work. Come by and look at it, or I can send specific pictures upon request. You will need: replace fork gaiters, new throttle cables, front brake cable, clutch cable possibly main wiring harness. Various small tasks and parts. Also included-spares manual and workshop manual and a second engine case and single carb head. No shipping available, must pick up at location or arrange your own shipping. $500 deposit required within 24 hours of bid or it will be reposted. Oil On Canvas Originals To Be Auctioned
Wed, 08 Jan 2014Bonhams will be auctioning two oil on canvas originals from contemporary motorsports artist Robert Carter, January 9th at Bally’s Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. The title piece for this auction (pictured above) measures 48” x 60” and depicts AMA Flat Track star Jim Rice piloting his BSA to victory at the 1970 Santa Rosa Mile. Carter’s second original celebrates the Catalina Grand Prix of 1950’s fame. The oil on canvas piece is 36” x 60”. In addition to these two originals, some of Carter’s Giclee prints will be available.

Taking Best of Show in this year’s Calendar Bike Building Championship was Calin Senciac’s Imagine Vehicles International / ImagineVehicles.com motorsports fabrication shop with an incredible custom billet aluminum designed chassis built by Terry Ward and the shop crew, housing a legendary 1979 Honda CBX 1047cc air-cooled in-line 6-cylinder engine.
