I have an 09 R1 for sale white with red. It only has 4,600 miles on it. It is custom paint job, flat white with carbon fiber. I have toce exhaust, with a m4 mid pipe. Custom map just dyno'd a month ago. Put down 185hp to the wheel. Power commander 5 installed. Brand new back tire due to a flat about a month ago. All lights are integrated with led taillight and flush mount blinkers. Headlights are custom with a red demon eye and a halo ring. Mirror block offs and tinted windscreen. Fri, 27 Jul 2012Back in 2009, Yamaha released an entertaining video featuring MotoGP racers Valentino Rossi, Jorge Lorenzo, Colin Edwards and James Toseland working on various mundane jobs at Yamaha Motor USA headquarters. Three years later, Yamaha has released a follow-up featuring its current MotoGP lineup of Lorenzo, Ben Spies, Cal Crutchlow and Andrea Dovizioso (with King Kenny Roberts lunchbox in tow). Tech3 Yamaha racer Crutchlow takes over his predecessor Edwards’ spot as a Yamaha security guard, but throws his own British spin on the job.

Mon, 19 Dec 2011The battle between Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo from Catalunya was one of the most memorable and thrilling races from recent years, a definite candidate for one of the Greatest Grand Prix races - ever. Passing Lorenzo at the final corner was the defining moment that is still talked about today, but for me the most incredible and bold pass made by Rossi in those final few laps was out-braking his former Yamaha team-mate around the outside into turn one.
