Yamaha YZF-R description

Up for auction is an excellent condition 2007 Yamaha YZF-R6.

 Mileage is 12643. Bike is red and black with no decals.

After market parts are Vortec front and rear sprockets (minus 1 tooth in front and plus 2 teeth in rear) also has RK chain along with flush mount turn signals in the front and fender eliminator kit for the rear.

Bike has matching Pirelli tires with less than 1500 miles on them.

Bike is in excellent condition with the exception of a small scratch on the bottom right faring.

2009 Yamaha Zuma 125 Recalled for Fuel Pump Problem

Yamaha is initiating a recall on the 2009 Zuma 125 scooter due to an issue with its fuel pump. The recall campaign affects 8,700 units produced between July 2008 and April 2009. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, there may not be the proper clearance in internal fuel pump components, potentially causing an inadequate supply of fuel.

With the two test riders coming forward to act as replacement riders for the injured Rossi and Aoyama, it brought back memories of the days when the grid would be gifted with wildcard riders from the respective countries. The Japanese rounds were always attended by some of the top guys with experience of the 500GP and MotoGP bikes, through racing them in their domestic championships. What resulted was getting to witness the exciting and talented Japanese riders, and bring new riders to the attention of the teams.
