2006 Yamaha Yzf-R6 , This is a 2006 Yamaha YZF-R6S. It only has 3,120 miles. The bike has always been well maintained, and garage kept. I swapped the blue fairings with brand new OEM YAMAHA black raven fairing. I just never got around to the tank. The bike has had no accidents and always been babied. The bikes rear tire is brand new, it has a K&N air filter and a Two Brother black carbon fiber exhaust. It has a brand new battery, and the oil and filter has always been changed regularly. The racing was exciting, going off without a hitch, and the weather was unseasonably kind, but the meeting will be remembered by those in the fairly close knit WSB paddock for reasons other than the temperature or the race results. It’ll be remembered by most, especially those who witnessed it, as the meeting where Max Biaggi finally lost his already feeble grip on reality.

Not long after the checkered flag waved did Yamaha announce some big changes for the upcoming 2014 season. First and foremost, Herrin will be departing for Moto2 next year, fulfilling his desire to compete on the world stage.
