Yamaha YZF-R description

No reserve!! 2006 Yamaha YZF-R6 track bike. Can be converted back to street use with some fairings and street tires. Title in hand. Served as a track day bike for several years, but nowadays it isn't getting much action except short rides to keep it maintained. Add-ons: Bazzaz Z-Fi traction control, quick shifter, and fuel controller. MJS Performance header (CAT delete) w/ stock exhaust can (EXUP valve still installed, but can easily be removed in favor of different exhaust can if desired). Graves smog block-off plates. Woodcraft clip-ons and Renthal grips. All fluids were just changed. Bike has been in three low sides at the track, each time the chassis and suspension were loosened, reassembled, and measured. The fairings are Armour Bodies and can be repainted. Tank also has some minor dents and is rattle can panted. Seat is slightly off center but barely noticeable, and can be replaced if it bothers you. The important things (frame, swing arm, and suspension) are all straight and aligned. Minor scuffs here and there (it's a track bike, people), but nothing severe or even readily noticeable. I was going to rebuild it for street use, but I'm leaning towards a different style of bike to add to my fleet. I love this bike and I'll be sorry to see it go. The PitBull stands are not included in the sale.

After undergoing an operation for the injury, Toseland made two attempts at returning to racing, first at the Miller Motorsports Park round in May and again at the Silverstone round in July.
