For sale is my 2006 Yamaha R6. This bike has a clean title and has 7900 miles. This bike runs and rides perfect and will make someone a very unique, reliable, and fun motorcycle. Also has brand new tires. I am a painter by trade and painted this bike Mary Kay Pink. The bike was mainly used to advertise my custom painting business. I bought the bike with minor fairing damage from a kid who laid it down at low speeds. I rode the bike home the day I bought it and rode it the way it was for a few weeks before I painted it. This is an awesome bike and there are no issues with it. Below are pictures of the bike now and before I painted it. The color "Mary Kay Pink" is a premium color and is extremely expensive. This paint job took me approximately 40 hours to complete. I receive compliments on this bike all the time. If you don't like stopping and talking to random people about the bike, then this probably isn't the bike for you. The exhaust has a little bit of rash on it from the wreck, and if its a huge deal for you, then we can discuss getting it fixed.
The pictures of this bike do not do its justice at all. The pink pearl paint is gorgeous and even gets the Harley guys to comments on how nice it looks (after they make fun of me of course). Call me anytime and I will answer any questions you may have. All stock parts are included with the bike with the exception of the turn signals (mirrors, passenger seat, pegs) . Motocross Pioneer Pierre Karsmakers Elected To AMA Motorcycle Hall Of Fame
Fri, 20 Jun 2014Pierre Karsmakers, one of the first European motocross champions to bring his expertise to America, has been elected to the AMA Motorcycle Hall Of Fame Class of 2014. A three-time motocross champion in his native Holland, Karsmakers came to the United States to gain wider exposure and attract the attention of the Japanese motorcycle makers. “All the Japanese (sponsorship) contracts were going to Belgian riders,” Karsmakers said.
