Yamaha Virago description

The bike has new chain and sprocket, new battery, tires are in good condition. The bike has 7204 miles. Great bike for someone that is learning to ride or is it a good bike for in town riding to save gas. It gets 55+ miles to the gallon.

This bike has taught 3 people how to ride! The bike has been laid down once and there was minor damage but still runs great and looks Great! There is some scuffs on the muffler, right foot peg and break and hand break and fluid holder. The right turn signal is a little wrinkled where it bolts on but it still works fine.

This is my Father-in-laws bike that I am selling for him. So if you want to know anything else you can email me!

Payment will be through pay pal.

Shipping is Pick Up only with in 30 days after auction ends.

Yamaha Champions Riding School Garage Sale This Weekend

Tue, 03 Dec 2013

As a former student, and later instructor, at the Yamaha Champions Riding School, it pained me to learn that the program has ceased operation. However, the school’s loss could be your gain, as Miller Motorsports Park will be holding a garage sale this weekend to move many of the assets from the school — yes, that includes motorcycles. The sale will be held this Saturday, December 7, in Team Garage 1004 at Miller Motorsports Park.

Yamaha had a relatively tame showing at the recent EICMA Milan show, with an updated TMax as the Tuning Fork Company’s biggest reveal. The upcoming Tokyo Motor Show (Dec. 3-11) promises to be more interesting with Yamaha showcasing three new concepts including the Y125 MOEGI pictured here.

Yamaha Officially Announces Monster Energy Sponsorship

Tue, 08 Jan 2013

As we reported in December, energy drink producer Monster Energy has signed a sponsorship agreement with Yamaha‘s factory MotoGP program, putting its brand on the Yamaha YZR-M1 race bikes, team clothing and equipment, as well as riders Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi. Monster Energy already had a personal sponsorship deal with Rossi but the company will now also sponsor Lorenzo. The reigning MotoGP Champion had previously had a sponsorship arrangement with rival energy drink company RockStar, but Yamaha exercised a clause in its contract with Lorenzo allowing a buy out of the RockStar deal as it conflicts with the team’s sponsor.
