2006 Yamaha Roadliner 1900, This bike runs perfect and rides smooth. It is maroon metallic paint color. I added a Yamaha windshield (med height) and custom Cobra pipes (mid-slashdowns). The bike sounds great with those pipes. There are a set of generic soft bags on the bike as well. The rear tire has about 600 miles on it, and the front tire is basically new. Ill throw in 3 helmets and a new K&N performance air filter that I hadn't gotten around to installing. The bike has never been dropped, and has no damage. It has a couple of small dings/paint chips on the fenders. Ill try to get close up pics uploaded, these marks are very small and difficult to photograph. I have a clear title for the bike, I have never had a bit of mechanical difficulty with it, it has never failed to start except one time when i left the key on for the whole afternoon. The bike is listed below book value especially for the excellent condition it is in. I am selling it so that I can invest in hobbies that allow me to spend time with my little girls. Small-Displacement Class Considered for 2015 AMA Pro Racing Season
Wed, 04 Dec 2013More and more manufacturers are entering the small-displacement sportbike market and AMA Pro Racing has taken notice, opening the possibility of adding a new racing class representing the growing segment. With plans to consolidate the Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes and the Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series signed through 2015, a spot will open up on race weekends for another racing class to support the premier Superbike Championship. The logical choice is to introduce a new small-displacement class.
Yamaha Tops Second Day of Sepang Test as Honda Twiddles Thumbs
Wed, 29 Feb 2012Ben Spies topped the time sheets ahead of teammate Jorge Lorenzo as Yamaha continued its MotoGP pre-season testing in Malaysia. While their rivals at Honda were idled by an engine problem, the two factory Yamaha riders found improvement on their Day One times and gathered data about riding in both wet and dry conditions. Spies set the best lap time at 2:01.285 while testing different chassis settings in the morning.
