Triumph Bonneville tech info
Triumph Bonneville description
I am selling my 2013 Triumph Bonneville. This bike was purchased brand
new in 2015. The bike had it's first oil change at 500 miles to
synthetic and has just over 4,000 miles on it now.
This bike has every Triumph accessory available plus some other cool stuff. If you are looking for a great bike with all the best parts, this is your ride. Performance has been enhanced with a Arrow 2:2 full exhaust with Triumph ECM reflash. This really wakes up the engine on this bike and the exhaust sounds fantastic. Suspension was greatly improved with custom valved Works Performance flat tracker rear shocks while the front forks got new RaceTech springs and better oil. This makes the bike handle great and ride way better on bumpy road sections. Riding comfort was improved with a swap to ProTaper 1-1/4" handlebars in ProTaper mounts, Biltwell grips and a Triumph Sixty8 gray and black seat. Other cool accessories include:
The front fender has been chopped to help clear the bigger diameter front tire. For fun I added a Denali Air Horn for getting drivers' attention. To make the bike more fun to ride and give it that aggressive look, I mounted a set of Shinko 705 dual sport tires. These tires are great as they still ride good on the street but allow you to bomb down fire roads whenever you want! As you can see, the bike has all the parts you would want on your custom Bonneville. Bike is maintained well and washed and waxed regularly. Why start with a stock bike when my bike has all the parts you already want. |

2010 Triumph Rocket III Roadster [video]
Wed, 07 Oct 2009Over the past few model years Triumph strove to create some sense of how the Rocket can be used, eventually creating a touring-friendly model with windscreen and saddlebags as standard, called the Rocket III Touring. Then came the Rocket III Classic. More pulled back handlebars, floorboards rather than pegs, and two-tone paint helped define the powerful motorcycle as something appealing to the cruiser crowd.
EICMA 2013: 2014 Triumph America LT
Tue, 05 Nov 2013Just as it did with its Thunderbird family, Triumph revealed a new bagger to its America cruiser line at the 2013 EICMA show. Follow the rest of our 2013 EICMA show coverage Originally revealed in CARB documents as the America Horizon, the Triumph America LT adds a deattachable windscreen, pillion backrest and leather saddlebags to turn the midsized America into a serviceable light tourer. The America LT is powered by the same air-cooled 865cc parallel-Twin with a 270-degree firing interval as the regular America and the Speedmaster cruisers. Performance numbers are the same, with Triumph claiming 60 hp at 6800 rpm and 53 ft-lb.
Triumph Street Triple Used to Test Rocket Components – Video
Fri, 04 May 2012California-based aerospace company XCOR is using a Triumph Street Triple to test rocket components for a suborbital spacecraft. Of course, what immediately comes to mind is a giant rocket strapped on to the Triumph, but the truth is much less dramatic, yet still fascinating. XCOR is using the Street Triple for endurance testing of bearings components for the rocket propellant piston pump of the Lynx suborbital spacecraft.
