Triumph Bonneville description
Selling my 59 Bonneville, this is a matching number engine & Frame with a clear Colorado Title in my name, I'm 72 years old & don't ride these bikes anymore, It has been on display for
quite a while. I personally restored the bike myself, My first job a 16 was in a Triumph, Ariel Shop, so I'm an old hand at Triumph's. I had it professionally painted with the correct colors
from Don Hutchinson Triumph, The bike has the correct Amal NOS chop bloc carbs 376/204, correct Remote float bowl, Correct Lucas Racing Magneto, Frame has been Powder coated
I had the Dunlop Rims re-Chromed & laced with stock Triumph spokes, all hardware was Cad plated, Correct Smiths Speedometer, NOS Lucas headlamp, Headlamp Switch & Harness
Everything Works, Parts that are not OEM are Seat, Tail Lamp, Tires & Exhaust System, Paint is Pearl Grey & Tangerine, & Oil Tank & Tool Box are Black, This is an Early 59 Model
Later 59 Models were Pearl Grey & Royal Blue with Pearl Grey Oil Tank & Tool Box

Spy Video of Updated Triumph Daytona 675 Testing
Fri, 05 Aug 2011MCN has released a video of what appears to be an updated Triumph Daytona 675 undergoing road testing. Filmed by an MCN reader near Triumph’s Hinckley factory, the video quality isn’t very high, but we can see some details from the enhanced screenshot above (click to see a larger version). The most noticeable change is the placement of the exhaust.
If Carlsberg made race circuits...
Fri, 15 Oct 2010I should have filed this blog an hour earlier but I became distracted by the human circus that is the Jeremy Kyle show. It’s a shameful admission, I know, but I’m a firm believer in the policy of honesty being the best. Enjoying the luxury of working from home, I was only making myself a bacon sandwich with the TV on in the background when excited cries of ‘Freak, Freak!’ from Mrs MF drew my attention to this (see pic).
