Up for sale is this beautiful survivor rare 500cc two stroke, these bikes where advertised as 140mph bikes when they came out, This bike was in a barn by tomah wis. and was a one owner bike, when i got it it was covered in a half inch of oil which preserved it pretty good, The bike runs and drives looks great, has a new seat cover, The chrome has some light pitting in some areas but not real bad, A real head turner. Marco Melandri captured his third win of the season, the Ducati 1199 Panigale scored its first podium while Sylvain Guintoli regained the championship lead despite dislocating his collarbone days before the race. But the big news at Moscow Raceway of course was the tragic death of Andrea Antonelli in the World Supersport race. The opening-lap crash in severely wet conditions naturally led to the cancellation of the rest of the events as the World Superbike community mourns the loss of the 25-year-old Antonelli.
