Suzuki Scooter description

This is a 2011 Suzuki Burgman 400 with only 757 miles on it. The bike looks great and runs flawless. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it.

It has digital read out for temperature, average mpg, trip meter and odometer. Front and rear brakes are on the handle bar with dual disk brakes in the front and a drum brake in the rear. It is fully automatic with the CVT. No worries, just twist the throttle and go. It has plenty of storage in the front compartments and under the seat. There is also a light on the seat so you can see what's in the storage at night. The tires are perfect with 6000 or more miles left on them. It has a parking brake and a security lock for the ignition. The seat is adjustable for different size people. It has always been garaged and the paint is perfect except for a small scrape on the lower right panel. It averages 60 mpg. Oh, it also has ABS for you new riders; it gives you a sense of security when braking. Come out and take a look, I guaranty you will not find a better deal or a cleaner bike.

If you were looking for a new one it would cost you $10,000 out the door. Nothing has changed on them since 2011, so you can save $5000 buying this one. Plus you will save money on tags and insurance each year.

I'm not a dealer so I will not accept PayPal with a credit card.

Suzuki Developing 1000cc Prototype – MotoGP Return in 2014 Still Possible

Fri, 03 Feb 2012

The first MotoGP pre-season test at Mayalsia’s Sepang circuit is complete, with Ducati, Honda and Yamaha‘s factory and satellite teams, as well as a handful of CRT entries, collecting data for the next stage of their race prototypes’ development. Absent from testing was Suzuki which announced last November it was leaving MotoGP racing. Suzuki cited the recession, the rising value of the Japanese yen and the natural disasters afflicting Japan in 2011 as reasons for leaving MotoGP, but the manufacturer did say it intended to return in 2014.

The Making of the Rizla Suzuki Misano Micron Livery [Video]

Fri, 23 Sep 2011

Suzuki is a bit of an underdog in the MotoGP World Championship – at least, as much of an underdog as a full factory outfit can be. With just one Suzuki on the grid, expectations are low for the Japanese manufacturer. But one thing Suzuki does do well is put out an attractive looking racebike with the GSV-R dressed in Rizla Suzuki blue with livery by Troy Lee Designs.

Eugene Laverty Talks Suzuki MotoGP Testing

Fri, 13 Jun 2014

In this diary entry, Voltcom Crescent Suzuki’s Eugene Laverty reflects on a busy three weeks that saw him visit Suzuki HQ in Hamamatsu in Japan, test the Suzuki MotoGP machine in Okayama and Phillip Island; and then race to a podium position at the Sepang World Superbike round in Malaysia. The past few weeks have been one hell of an adventure. The trip started out in Donington for the British round of the World Superbike Championship and from there I travelled directly to Japan for my debut test on Suzuki’s MotoGP prototype.
