2003 Suzuki Sv1000s , This is NOT an S model the format will not allow me to enter SV1000. This is a rare 2003 SV1000 V-twin. It is the only year that the non-S was imported to the US. This bike is senior owned and has a high giggle factor when riding it. Caution: spontaneous wheelies inevitable. It has new tires, new braided brake and clutch lines, a micro faring and chin cowl, rebuilt forks, tank protector, Dale Walker pipes that give it a great sound, Integrated tail light with turn signals, slipper clutch, steering damper, pillion seat and rear pegs (not shown.) Tue, 05 Apr 2011Rizla Suzuki welcomed back John Hopkins to Jerez and by the end of day one the American was posting some very respectable lap times. To me it seems like yesterday, but it was way back in 2007 when he last rode for the British based team ending the season 4th in the World Championship. The dry qualifying went well but he wasn’t too upset when it rained on race day as he admitted to not being bike fit and would have struggled to maintain a fast dry race pace.
