Suzuki GSX / Katana description

The motorcycle is a yellow 2001 Suzuki Katana 600 with 4742 miles. I have had this bike for a couple of years now after purchasing it from an older gentleman. I have lightly driven the bike in which i never exceeded 75 mph during ownership, anything over that scares me. I rode during the whole summer of last year but  I am deciding to sell because i never get the chance to ride any more due to illness. The bike has a brand new battery just purchased a few weeks ago. The engine is in great shape with no problems runs great. The only modifications done to the motorcycle are a custom magnaflow exhaust and a tinted wind visor. The owner before myself painted the bike, but since i have owned it the bike fell down when i was parking it on a hill so there are a few minor scratches on the side. No test drives unless you have cash in hand because i only have liability coverage and if you break it you buy it. The bike looks much better in person.
The motorcycle is being sold as-is with no warranty, Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
If you have any questions at all i would be more then happy to reply them, Thanks.
DO NOT BID IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE MONEY!!

AMA Supercross: 2012 New Orleans Results

Mon, 16 Apr 2012

Ryan Villopoto has already secured the 2012 AMA Supercross Championship but that doesn’t mean he’s ready to let up and take it easy over the remainder of the season. The Monster Energy Kawasaki racer clinched his second consecutive title two weeks ago in Houston, Texas, but he continued his dominance in AMA Supercross’ return to New Orleans’ Superdome, taking the holeshot and leading all 20 laps for his ninth win of the season in 14 rounds. The New Orleans round may have lacked some big names currently nursing injuries such as Ryan Dungey, James Stewart and Chad Reed, but Villopoto provided a star effort in the first AMA Supercross race in the city since 2009.
