Brammo Earns Seventh Place Against Gas Bikes
Mon, 06 May 2013This past weekend, Brammo arrived to Sonoma Raceway in Central California ready to do battle. Only this time the electric sportbike manufacturer would be trading blows not with other electric bikes, but with their ICE counterparts at the second round of the American Federation of Motorcyclists series — one of the oldest club racing organizations in the country. We recently mentioned Brammo’s eligibility with AFM, and this weekend was the first outing. And he didn’t take long as after riding for Honda in the UK in 1992 he moved to WSB in 1994 and enjoyed success with both the Honda and Kawasaki factory teams.
New: WSB sticker kit for Kawasaki ZX-10R
Mon, 14 Oct 2013IF you have a ZX-10R and want it to look more like Tom Sykes' WSBK bike, then this sticker kit is a good start and saves you the £100,000 you'd have to spend to build the real thing. Here's what Kawasaki have to say about it: As the premier road motorcycle based racing series, the World Superbike Championship is followed by racing enthusiasts across the globe – none more so than in Europe where the Kawasaki Racing Team, is based. UK born rider, Tom Sykes and Frenchman Loris Baz have entertained all year and both have a strong fan base eager to see how Kawasaki’s factory team and riders perform.
