Kawasaki Other description

I bought this bike many years ago with the intention of restoring it. Have not touched it since I purchased it, other then to put some gas in and run it.  It was having trouble starting and it took a shot of ether to get it going. Once it was running took it for a ride up the block and it seemed well. I was told that the carbs were likely to need to be synced. I would say that after sitting for a number of years with gas in it, the carbs and fuel system will need  a good cleaning. This is being sold as is where is.
Not running.
