2012 Kawasaki Z 1000, I just bought this bike 3 months ago brand new off show room floor. Absolutely perfect condition, no scratches, no ding, just had 1000 mile service. This bike has low jack but no other add ons. All original. I have a small scorpion helmet with bluetooth installed valued at $350.00, I will throw in. I have to get rid of this bike because of new priorities. This bike is everything I wanted and then some. I love to ride this beast. I am only asking for what I owe. Kawasaki Entering Chinese Market

Kawasaki announced the start of operations in the world’s largest motorcycle market, China. The company actually established its new subsidiary, Kawasaki Heavy Industries Management (Shanghai), in April but the subsidiary will begin importing and selling motorcycles Aug. 18.

If you are a track day regular this year, you may well have bumped into former racer and friendly Kiwi, Simon Crafar. I first met him in Malaysia in 1990 when he was riding for a Yamaha dealer team, sweating his way round circuits like Shah Alam and Johor Bahru but with a long term plan to make it onto the World scene. And he didn’t take long as after riding for Honda in the UK in 1992 he moved to WSB in 1994 and enjoyed success with both the Honda and Kawasaki factory teams.

The U.S. motorcycle industry saw a 4.6% decrease in year-on-year sales over the first six months of 2011, thanks mostly to a 17.3% drop in ATV sales. Motorcycle and scooter sales however saw a 1.7% bump in the first half .
