Up for bid, from an estate of a motorcycle enthusiast, is a very low mileage Kawasaki Vulcan. This motorcycle has a rebuilt title however, I do not know the extent of damage that warranted the rebuild title classification. Right now there is a small dent at the rear of the gas tank, on the right side, other then that the entire motorcycle is very nice. Bike has the stock 21" front wheel and 16" rear. Has the Kawasaki forward controls, factory spotlights with bar and a nice king and queen style seat. The owner of this bike was having fun by installing a Harley Davidson horn, vintage style Harley tool box, Harley muffler, as well as custom rear turn signals. Bike has been stored for years among other motorcycles in a collection. Gas and battery and it fired right up, took it for a ride and was really surprised about how well it ran and handled. WSBK 2013: Laguna Seca Race Report
Mon, 30 Sep 2013Tom Sykes and Eugene Laverty each came away with a victory as the World Superbike Championship made its return to Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. The first race featured two red flags, ironically caused by AMA Superbike regulars Danny Eslick and Roger Hayden, the two men with the most recent experience at the famed track. The second race was a much cleaner affair, with a dramatic finish, setting up the final two rounds of the championship.
2013-2014 Kawasaki Ninja 300 Faces More Brake Issues
Mon, 09 Dec 2013Earlier this year, the Kawasaki Ninja 300 was one of several models impacted by a recall on Nissin anti-lock brake system modulators. The fault for that problem clearly lay with Nissin, as the same issue affected other motorcycles from several manufacturers. The little Ninja might not be out of the wood yet however, as other brake-related issues have come up.
