Purchased new in 2013, watched unpacked from crate at dealer. Bike in as new condition. Excel tubeless wire wheels,19" front and 17" rear. Great for fire roads, camping or week long trip in the mountains or coastline. If prefer a 17" front rim, can have a new Excel rim laced and installed with new matching Shinko 705 tire for $350. However, suggest you ride the bike before considering, is perfect as is. Pictures speak to the condition, is a ‘garage queen’ to some level as I have other bikes I ride. Constantly asked about the Versys when riding, is a head turner. Price is firm. 2014 Kawasaki Ninja 1000 Spied in Norway
Tue, 20 Aug 2013Spy photographers have captured images in Norway from a video shoot for what appears to be an updated Kawasaki Ninja 1000. The images show two riders on an updated Ninja 1000 (or Z1000SX, as the bike is known in Europe). The saddlebags indicate this is the Z1000SX Touring variant offered in Europe, but the rest of the motorcycle is otherwise similar to the Ninja 1000 (which, by and by, won our 2011 Gentleman Sportbike Shootout over the Suzuki GSX1250FA and Yamaha FZ1.) The new Ninja 1000 doesn’t look much different from the 2013 model, apart from the new paint job.

Vintage bike enthusiasts will recognize the Rivermark emblem from models introduced in the early to mid-sixties era. The River Mark emblem has been associated with various products from Kawasaki Heavy Industries.
2013 Kawasaki KX Motocross Bikes Revealed – Air Forks for KX450F!
Wed, 23 May 2012Kawasaki has unveiled its 2013 KX series motocross bikes. Both models receive updates for 2013 but perhaps the biggest change is the new pneumatic fork on the KX450F. The KX450F has done well for Kawasaki, thanks to Ryan Villopoto’s 2011 and 2012 AMA Supercross and 2011 AMA Motocross championships.
