IT STARTS FIRST OR SECOND KICK EVERY TIME, PULLS STRONG, HANDLES, STEERS AND STOPS GREAT. THIS IS A RARE, TWIN CYLINDER BIKE WHICH HAS BEEN MODIFIED INTO A TASTEFUL CAFE RACER. SINGLE SEAT, LOW MX STYLE BARS, CUSTOM 2 INTO ONE EXHAUST, (BEAUTIFUL VERTICAL TWIN TONE, NOT AT ALL OBJECTIONABLE), AND PROPERLY JETTED MIKUNI BS38 CARBS WITH K&N PODS. 5 SPEED TRANS SHIFTS PERFECTLY, STRONG CLUTCH WITH ABSOLUTELY NO SLIPPAGE WHATSOEVER. Thirty years later we’re still riding Ninjas but, thankfully, drinking original recipe Coca-Cola. For 2015, Kawasaki celebrates three decades of Ninja models with a 30th Anniversary Ninja ZX-6R and Ninja ZX-6R ABS.
2013 AMA Supercross San Diego Race Report
Mon, 11 Feb 2013Davi Millsaps captured his second main event win of the season and expanded his AMA Supercross championship lead to 19 points with a wire-to-wire victory at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego. The Rockstar Energy Suzuki rider jumped ahead at the start for the holeshot and held that lead for the entire 20-lap race for the win. Finishing 2.386 seconds back was Team Honda Muscle Milk‘s Justin Barcia while Red Bull KTM‘s Ryan Dungey finished 10.300 seconds back for third place.
NZ Superbike Series Points Leader Is A Grandfather Of Three!
Tue, 14 Jan 2014Dennis Charlett is stamping his authority on the New Zealand Superbike championship. The 45 year-old father of five and grandfather of three (no, those aren’t typos) won the first three races of the season during the series opener in Christchurch, placing him firmly at the top of the points standings heading into round two at Levels Raceway, near Timaru. The championship favorite certainly got the wake-up call as Taupo’s Suzuki rider Scott Moir raced to a convincing win in Saturday’s Superbike race, while Charlett was forced to settle for fourth place.
