We have taken a 2015 Kawasaki Versys 1000LT and turned it into an adventure style bike, ready to go anywhere!! This bike started off as more of the sport touring, but with many upgrades make it much more versatile. The obvious being the Continental TKC80 knobby tires giving more options to just paved roads. Traction control will help keep things under control on the dirt and gravel roads while still handling great on pavement. Other additions to the bike include SW-Motech skid plate, crash bars and Trax Evo aluminum side cases with Quick-lock side carrier mounting, MRA Vario Touring smoked adjustable wind screen, R&G Racing radiator screen. Garmin Montana 610 Navigator and Two Brothers Racing S1R Carbon Slip-on exhaust. Even with all the accessories this bike this bike comes in with a smaller price tag than a comparable KTM or BMW adventure bike with just as much fun to be had! From an EnduroCross press release: Factory Beta and Stillwell Performance-backed Cody Webb took a decisive win tonight in Salt Lake City’s inaugural AMA GEICO EnduroCross event. The win was Webb’s second after taking the first round victory in Las Vegas and puts him and his Beta two-stroke 300 into the points lead. The race fans in attendance at the Energy Solutions Arena saw a night go almost perfectly for GEICO-supported Webb.

Kawasaki Issues Recall on Unauthorized Concours 14 Police Models

Kawasaki announced a recall on 44 2012-2013 Concours 14 potentially faulty motorcycles allegedly converted for police use without the manufacturer’s consent. Back in early 2012, Kawasaki announced a recall on 278 2009-2012 Concours 14 police motorcycles because the add-on equipment installed by Idaho-based Beaudry Motors suffered electrical problems. According to the recall documents, the electrical system installed by Beaudry could overload the charging circuit between the regulator and the two batteries and eventually blow the main fuse.

The hype surrounding Kawasaki’s supercharged H2R has been as immense as its power output, said to be in the region of 300 horsepower. Intermot 2014: Kawasaki Ninja H2R Well, it appears the H2R’s speed capabilities are commensurate with the hype. “I went 210mph on it today,” said Kawasaki test rider and racer Jeremy Toye on his Instagram account on October 2, accompanied by a picture of an H2R.
