Up for bidding is my 1985 KDX 200. I recently put a ton of work into this bike with intentions of riding it myself, but I simply don't have the time to ride. The bike starts right up, shifts, and handles well. It does smoke quite a bit when you first start it up, but that goes away after a couple minutes. The smoking could simply be that the new piston rings need to wear in still. I've literally only ridden this bike down the street a couple times since it was rebuilt. Cosmetically this bike is not too bad for the age. Seat is in excellent shape, Most plastics are in ok shape with the exception of the rear fender (see picture). I do not know if the lights work, I have not bothered to buy new bulbs for the bike. I do not have a title for the bike. Local pickup only. Deposit required within 24 hours of winning bid. Tue, 12 Jun 2012Max Biaggi strengthened his hold on the 2012 World Superbike Championship lead with a pair of wins at Italy’s Misano circuit. The Aprilia rider out-battled the Althea Ducati duo of Carlos Checa and Davide Giugliano to win Race One before taking a relatively easier Race Two victory. Before the races, WSBK riders lined up on the starting grid to hold a banner expressing their support for the Emilia region in northern Italy which has been suffering from earthquakes and continuing aftershocks since late May.
