1971 KAWASAKI G3TR-A. THIS IS A SUPER RARE BIKE TO FIND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. IT WAS FOUND IN THE PLACE IT WAS PARKED IN THE LATE 1970S AT A CLOSED UP JUNKYARD HERE IN NC. THE MAN WHO OWNED THE PLACED PASSED AND HIS SON SOLD US A BUNCH OF STUFF. THE BIKE HAS BEEN INSIDE FOR ALMOST 40 YEARS! IT HAS SOME RUST ON IT AS THERE WAS SOME MOSITURE IN THE GARAGE IT WAS IN. THE MOTOR TURNS OVER WITH COMPRESSION AND I WOULD THINK IT WOULD RUN WITH MINIMAL WORK. THE BIKE LOOKS TO BE COMPLETE EXCEPT FOR ONE SIDE COVER AND THE TAIL LIGHT ASSEMBLY ETC.. . WHAT YOU SEE IN PICS IS WHAT COMES WITH THE BIKE. IT IS MOSTLY COMPLETE. SOLD AS IS NOT RUNNING! NO TITLE. BIKE IS SOLD WITH NO TITLE. THERE IS NO TITLE. Update: Bike Stolen On ‘Round The World Adventure Recovered!

Martin Williams, the man who had his motorcycle stolen halfway through his trip around the world, has been reunited with his Kawasaki. A man walking his dog one morning spotted the bike and reported it to authorities. Williams was obviously elated to get his bike back, but the thieves unfortunately had their way with it before it was recovered.

Report: Dorna to Replace Superstock Classes with More Stock-Inspired WSBK and New 250cc Class

The coming World Superbike racing season may be the last to feature Superstock classes as series promoter Dorna tries to differentiate its WSBK and MotoGP properties. According to Italian outlet Motosprint, Dorna plans to rewrite the World Superbike and Supersport class rulebooks for the 2014 season to make the race bikes closer to their respective production models. This would create further separation between WSBK and MotoGP, with Superbike racing moving closer to its production-based roots while prototypes racing in the GP series.
