Selling my like new custom 1982 Kawasaki CSR650 cafe racer motorcycle. There has been a ton of custom work done to this bike. Runs great and fun to ride. I get complements and thumbs up all the time. It has been re-built from the ground up. Powder coated frame and wheels, custom paint, custom leather seats, custom front and rear fenders, custom gas tank. Air box removed and replaced with pod filters, Carbs re-jetted for proper running, The gas tank is from a 1975 Honda CB750 which has been stretched up by 1 inch and knee inserts cut out. ABS Option Coming for 2014 Kawasaki Vulcan 1700 Classic, Nomad and Vaquero

Anti-lock brake technology has become fairly commonplace for motorcycles now, and it sometimes comes as a bit of a surprise when a major manufacturer does not offer ABS as an option on certain models. The European Parliament making ABS mandatory by 2016 has helped push things along, as manufacturers work to equip their models with the technology ahead of the deadline, not just for the European market but also for other markets including the U.S. New documents released by the California Air Resources Board reveal Kawasaki will offer an ABS version for its 2014 Vulcan 1700 cruisers and tourers for American consumers.

Kawasaki Reports Q2 2012-2013 Results

Kawasaki reported an operating loss of 2.2 billion yen (US$27.1 million) from its motorcycle and engine business for its second quarter ended Sept. 30, 2012. Despite the loss, the quarter still represented an improvement from the same quarter last year which saw a loss of 2.3 billion yen.

2013 Kawasaki KX Motocross Bikes Revealed – Air Forks for KX450F!

Kawasaki has unveiled its 2013 KX series motocross bikes. Both models receive updates for 2013 but perhaps the biggest change is the new pneumatic fork on the KX450F. The KX450F has done well for Kawasaki, thanks to Ryan Villopoto’s 2011 and 2012 AMA Supercross and 2011 AMA Motocross championships.
