1999 Kawasaki Concours on 2040-motos
Kawasaki CONCOURS tech info
Kawasaki CONCOURS description
More of a show piece in my garage, well taken care of example. Low mileage, less that 15K. All factory panels are included, panels that replace the side bag mounts, rear luggage rack cover. And hard find optional rear luggage rack. Hard bags also include OEM Kawasaki liners. Runs great, cooling hoses replaced last year. Gas tank has a dent on the right side, not from the bike falling but from me dropping the tank when I had it off for maintenance. Being a perfectionist, I purchased another difficult to find mint tank that I will include. Current tank is near mint minus the dent and small hard to detect scratches. Getting too old to ride it as often as it should. Reluctantly offering for sale.

WSBK: 2012 Magny-Cours Results – Championship Decided by Half a Point
Tue, 09 Oct 2012You would think carrying a 30.5 point lead into the final round of the 2012 World Superbike Championship would be a safe enough margin to win the title. Aprilia‘s Max Biaggi made it interesting, inexplicably crashing out of the first race at the finale in Magny-C0urs before scoring a fifth place finish in Race Two to give him a 0.5 point margin over Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes to win the title. The 358 to 357.5 point difference is the narrowest finish ever in WSBK.
