2009 Indian Chief Vintage. King Mountain Production. Thunder Black and Indian Crimson Red. These were built in King Mountain North Carolina from 2009 thru 2013, these were all hand built, with only 25 made in 2013 This Motorcycle is numbered #165 This bike is in immaculate condition both mechanically and cosmetically. I am second owner and have put 600 trouble free miles on this piece of Art. This Bike was in the Original Owners Private Climate Controlled Collection and was a Texas Evangelist. This bike is original with the exception of the following: Factory detachable Windshield. Solo Seat Rail for the one up look. Quick detachable sissy bar with passenger pad. Freedom Performance True Dual Exhaust. Anger Management Tuner I have the original exhaust that goes with bike in perfect condition also. Comes with original Key and manual. Bike is located in Edmond Oklahoma and available anytime for viewing. Clear Oklahoma Title. Mileage may change slightly. I reserve the right to end this auction early. Hybrid Motorcycle Gets 282 MPG
Mon, 21 Dec 2009The ET-120 is the hybrid version of the Strike EV that was released earlier by Eko Vehicles based in Bangalore, India and claims to be the first hybrid motorcycle in the world. The new hybrid bike will feature a 70cc gas engine and electric motor that will get 120 km/l or about 282 mpg in hybrid mode, has a top speed of 40 mph but the power and torque will be equivalent to a 120cc engine. 2012 AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame Class Nominees Announced
Tue, 03 Apr 2012The American Motorcycle Heritage Foundation released its list of nominees for the AMA Hall of Fame Museum induction class of 2012. The 26 nominees represents a wide range of contributions to motorcycling, from motocross champions and Daytona 200 winners to tuners to motorcycle rights advocates. The selection committee will further trim the list down to six individuals, three from competition categories and three from non-competition categories.
