Selling a 2009 Honda DN-01 for my dad. He purchased it around 8 months ago but never rode it because he was put on blood thinners around that time. It has 820 miles and it is in excellent condition. It has an automatic transmission and ABS brakes. When these bikes were new they listed for over 15k. The only flaws on this bike are 2 scratched on each side of the rear fender. It was caused by a strap across the back seat when the bike was shipped to him. He tried to touch it up- but he is not the best body repair technician/painter. It will be an easy fix, however, as they are just surface scratches. I have included the pictures in the ad. If you have any questions you can call Robert at 936-714-8062. French Moto Website Anticipates Versys 1000 at EICMA 2011

Musings of a liter-size engined Kawasaki Versys have circulated the web for a few years now, as loyalists of the likable Versys 650, as well as displacement-driven riders waiting in the wings, have pondered the potential of a more powerful adventure bike from Kawasaki that’s in the same league as BMW’s R1200GS and Yamaha’s Super Tenere. Alas, nothing of the sort has ever left the lips of Kawasaki, let alone go into production. Recently, however, the French motorcycle website, Moto-net.com, has produced convincing images that appear like photos of a complete Versys 1000, including matching hard luggage.

Valentino Rossi has finished on the podium eleven times in his twelve visits to Phillip Island across all three GP classes. The only race at Phillip Island that he did not finish in the top three was on his first visit riding a 125cc machine in 1997 when he finished sixth. In 1998 and 1999 he won the 250cc races and since then has had nine podiums in the premier-class including five victories, the last of which was in 2005.

Honda Recalls Gold Wing for Combined Braking System Issue

Honda is issuing a recall for the 2001-2010 and 2012 Gold Wing due to a problem with the combined braking system. The recall campaign affects 126,000 units sold in the U.S. over the past decade.
