1991-2001 ModelBetween 1982 and 1990, the Nighthawks kept the same design and engine specs, until 1991 when Honda replaced the previous engine with a double overhead camshaft 747 engine. Other new additions to the motorcycle were its telescoping fork front suspension, hydraulic front brake system, swing arm rear suspension and rear drum braking system. Honda pre-owned this design until 2002.New Tires front and rear, Carburetor's were just cleaned and rebuilt, Gas tank cleaned and sealed and new petcock installed, New turn signals, New fork seals, Fresh oil change, new brakes front and rear. This bike is at our shop in Fairfax Va and has had a complete checkover and is in perfect running condition and is ready to ride. Minor cosmetic damage (see photos). In a county gone mad with cruisers, from outrageous T.V. customs to 250cc Honda Rebels, the cruiser is the largest segment of the American motorcycle market. Interesting then, that despite a seeming glut in the cruiser supply, and receding sales figures from major OEMs in the past year, that new cruiser models keep coming.

PJ Jacobsen to Make World Supersport Debut at Assen

New York native P.J. Jacobsen has been called up to replace injured racer Pawel Szkopek to race at the Assen round of the 2012 World Supersport Championship for the Bogdanka PTR Honda team. Jacobsen, 18, was originally announced as part of PTR’s six-member WSS team in December but funding issues saw him dropped in favor of Jules Cluzel before the season started in March.
