1981 Honda CM200 Twinstar in excellent condition for its age. It only has 525 miles original miles on the bike since day 1. I purchased the bike from a outside of Green Bay in 1999 from the original owner out on a farm. Saw the bike parked near the county road so I pulled in for information. The ladies husband bought it new in 81 and passed away in the mid 90's so there it sat with 300 original miles. It runs like a little sewing machine. Please call with any questions. Would really like to see it go to a great new home where it won't be abused. I will assist with shipping in any way that I can and will hold it as long as needed in my garage under cover. I am selling it locally so I do reserve the right to end the auction early. From what I have seen in the past these little fellas are selling with 5,000 miles on them for around 1,500. Thanks. Tue, 09 Mar 2010SEE THE MACHINE that could propel Britain to a new motorcycle land speed world record at The Race Retro 2010 show, held at Stoneleigh Park, Coventry from 12th to 14th March. Almost a year has passed since Visordown broke the news of the planned UK assault on the land speed record - this coming August the Angelic Bulldog team travels to Bonneville, where it is hoping to smash the 400mph barrier and bring the motorcycle Land Speed Record back to the UK for the first time since 1937. The current record stands at 360.913mph over a kilometre.
Stoner to Miss Brno for Surgery – Title Defence Likely Over
Thu, 23 Aug 2012Casey Stoner has withdrawn from the Brno, Czech Republic MotoGP round to undergo surgery on his injured ankle. Trailing Yamaha‘s Jorge Lorenzo by 39 points and Honda teammate Dani Pedrosa by 21 points with seven rounds to go, Stoner’s hopes of repeating as MotoGP champion before retiring at the end of the season are all but dashed. The Repsol Honda rider injured his ankle in a high side crash in last weekend’s Indianapolis Grand Prix.
