A Spectacular Isle Of Man TT Lap With Michael Dunlop + Video
Fri, 21 Mar 2014The internet is full of videos from the Isle of Man, but if you ask me, this ranks up there as one of the best I’ve seen. Michael Dunlop, who took four wins in last year’s TT, has a hard-charging style that’s exciting to watch. He leaves nothing on the table, and as we see in this on-board video, he’s practically unbeatable when he’s at the top of his game.
WSBK 2012: Assen Results
Mon, 23 Apr 2012The Netherlands hosted a dramatic weekend of World Superbike racing that featured a red-flagged wet race, several riders crashing while leading, a first-time race winner, a photo finish between two teammates and the reigning World Champion finishing out of the points because of a poor choice of tires. The 2011 WSBK Champion Carlos Checa arrived at Assen with the lead in the championship and a three-race winning streak, but opting to run wet tires in Race Two cost him the lead and may have contributed to a crash that severely injured Liberty Racing‘s Brett McCormick. Day 4 Dakar 2014: Juan Pedrero Wins Stage Aboard Sherco
Wed, 08 Jan 2014Stage 4 of the 2014 Dakar saw Juan Pedrero take his maiden victory aboard a Sherco SR 450 Rally. Although not in contention for the overall, Pedrero showed he has outgrown his previous role as Marc Coma’s lieutenant at KTM by bringing his Sherco across the finish line 3:10 faster than third place Coma and 29 seconds faster than second place finisher Francisco Lopez. Coma’s performance in today’s stage moved him to only 3:10 behind overall leader Joan Barreda.
