Honda Other description

  • Wow, what we have here is a 1968 Puch 4 speed scooter made in Austria and sold in America from sears. Allstate was another name for them, very, Rare and they run excellent.  This unit starts every time on the first kick as though it was a Honda.(but it is not). no name category in the listing so I choose honda and other,    It is in exceptional shape for a 1968 with little to no rust at all, Chrome is very good, with the exception of the front rim having some small pitting. Lights and horn and everything works perfect, gets up an goes also, does close to 50 with an average weight rider.  (new tires).  Muffler pipe that looks like brand new.  This unit is so fun to ride with the 4 speed transmission that shift flawlessly, and the original seat that's pretty comfortable too.   Only requires moped sticker in Michigan to ride, no plate or insurance buy!  Wow that's nice, gets great Gas mileage also, I am guessing around 100 miles to the gallon.  But that's only a guess on my part.   Bike comes with bill of sale and registration from the DMV, so that you can legalize it in your name to ride.(no title needed)   little or no feedback bidders will be cancelled out if they don't call first to let us know how they will pay, and we don't accept pay-pal .  so there is an immediate deposit of 300 and the balance upon pick up, no shipping unless you call prior to winning and set it up with me period.  This bike runs better than all the Vespas and other Honda scooters I have ever owned and that's alot.
  • Only 2978  original miles. May see if I can load a video of the bike running before auctions end, (Maybe if I can figure out how)
This unit is also for sale locally so we do reserve the right to end auction and sell outright.  I am sure i forgot some things any more questions call me at        989-802-4111   Thanks and God bless.

WE GAVE you the heads up last month on Mahindra Motorcycles' plans to enter the lucrative Indian motorcycle market - and here's a teaser video showing one of the company's machines on track in Italy. The Indian company will offer a variety of motorcycles, ranging from low-cost entry models to premium two-wheelers, said Anoop Mathur, the head of Mahindra’s motorcycle wing. Drool-worthy new trials bike

Fri, 25 Oct 2013

THIS is the new Montesa Cota 4RT260 Factory, a sort of BMW HP4 of the trials world. Developed in collaboration with Honda, and the Repsol Montesa Honda Trials team, it’s got a 259cc single-cylinder four-stroke engine designed to compete with smaller two-strokes while producing less emissions. There are two versions, the £5,699 standard 4RT260, aimed at amateur-to-advanced riders, and the more competition-focussed Factory Race Replica version, with Showa suspension, at £6,799.

Magneti Marelli to Supply Electronics System to MotoGP Teams

Wed, 26 Sep 2012

It’s no secret that promoter Dorna Motorsports has been trying to push a standardized electronics control unit for teams in the MotoGP World Championship. The lack of a top-tier electronics package has been one of the biggest challenges faced by MotoGP’s claiming rule teams, and a spec ECU would narrow the gap between the CRT bikes and the factory prototypes. The manufacturers competing in the series, Honda, Ducati and Yamaha, understandably are resistant to the idea considering the effort they’ve put in to develop their electronics systems.
