WELCOME TO MY AUCTION:                                                                                                                                                                                THIS IS A NICE EXAMPLE OF AN ORIGINAL UNRESTORED PROJECT THAT HAS BEEN GARAGE STORED FOR MANY YEARS.THIS IS A COOL ORIGINAL VINTAGE BABY DREAM AVAILABLE FOR MINOR OR MAJOR RESTORATION CUSTOMERS CHOICE.

DAD PURCHASED THIS ABOUT 1972, HE RODE IT FOR AWHILE, AND ABOUT 1974 HE HAD THE MOTOR REBUILT,AND DIDNT RIDE IT MUCH AFTER THAT. MY BROTHER HAD IT FOR AWHILE AFTER THAT AND PLANNED A RESTORATION BUT NEVER GOT AROUND TO IT. I HAVE NEVER HAD IT RUNNING MYSELF SO CONSIDER IT A RESTORATION PROJECT. THE MOTOR TURNS OVER AS IT SHOULD SO I BELIEVE THAT WITH A NEW BATTERY,PLUGS AND SOME CARB WORK YOU COULD PROBABLY HAVE IT RUNNING.THIS IS AN ORIGINAL UNRESTORED MOTORCYCLE I DO HAVE A CLEAR TITLE FOR IT. AT SOME POINT THE BIKE WAS POORLY REPAINTED AND THE CHROME HAS SOME PITTING. I BELIEVE THE SEAT TO BE THE ORIGINAL SEAT THAT CAME WITH THE MOTORCYCLE IN 1965. ONE OF THE PICTURES SHOWS THE SMALL FLAW IN THE SEAT. ALL OF THE PARTS I HAVE FOR THE MOTORCYCLE ARE ON THE MOTORCYCLE. THIS MOTORCYCLE HAS BEEN IN MY GARAGE FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS AND I HAVE NO DESIRE OR TIME FOR THE RESTORATION IT DESERVES. THIS IS FOR LOCAL PICK UP OR YOU CAN ARRANGE FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING AND I WILL ASSIST WITH THE LOADING. THANK YOU FOR VISITING MY AUCTION IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE ASK AND I WILL ANSWER ASAP.

Gresini Unveils 2012 MotoGP and Moto3 Honda Race Bikes

Tue, 13 Mar 2012

Last season, Alvaro Bautista rode on one of the best looking motorcycles on the MotoGP grid, the Suzuki GSV-R in Rizla powder blue livery by Troy Lee Designs. This season, Bautista is riding the Gresini Honda RC213V, but instead of its previous white paint job, the Gresini machine is in a sleek black. No reason for the color change was announced, though it’s possible the choice is a sign of mourning for the late Marco Simoncelli whose place Bautista is assuming with Gresini.

Schwantz School, the ultimate track experience?

Mon, 22 Aug 2011

If having one-to-one instruction from an ex-MotoGP World Champion is your dream, then why not put the Schwantz School on your Christmas list for 2012. Ok, it’s in America and slightly more expensive than your average track day ($2750 for two days at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway) but many satisfied customers will argue this is the best rider training experience in the world. Your hard earned Dollar will see you alternate between the classroom and track from 8am until 4pm, then Kevin will take you on a track tour where he explains riding techniques and answers questions (he even drives the bus).
