ok here is the update ive been trying to get to for my bike  I am busy as hell haven't had the time to write every little thing about my bike down , the above was a basic survey of my bike . I don't want people looking at pictures and cant see everything this bike needs or doesn't need  so I am listing them now , I like my feedback to remain at %100  so any  questions call me please , ill do my best to describe my bike , or simply come by and take a look for yourself

THE NOT SO GOOD BUT EASY FIXES:
1: needs the right passenger footpad to be welded, not hard or expensive , the bike was dropped not moving one time , no real damage
2: needs both mirrors replaced, I bought the bike with them ike this , they were in the trunk they get stiff and hard to move is y they broke at the joint of plastic  , 60 bucks for the pair on ebay
3: as I stated it needs the air suspension to be checked  , may be a fuse , or its the switches that operate it , the switches just sold on ebay for $40. and are common finds on there
4: the choke cable is a bit tight , can use some wd40 $5 or a new cable , $30
these are really the only things this bike needs to be "perfect : as  the guy that came today thought he was getting for only $2500 , a new one can cost ya 30k , feel ffree to buy one
THE GOOOOD:
1: THE BIKES A CLEAN STRAIGHT DRIVER , ALL THERE ALL INTACT
2: the chrome is in great shape for this year
3: the bike , has a NEW !!! alternator , that job alone is $1400  DONE !!!
4:   all the blinkers light bars and lights work as they should as does the cassette and the am fm radio , so does the CB
5: the tires are in great shape no dry rot
6:the paint is stock and looks great and will shine with a compound and a wax
7: the windscreen isnt foggy like most these of this year , its clear
8: the bike is quiet thru all gears and ide drive it anywhere in the usa to prove its worth
9: the key fits all the locks all bags and ignition

WSBK 2013: Laguna Seca Race Report

Mon, 30 Sep 2013

Tom Sykes and Eugene Laverty each came away with a victory as the World Superbike Championship made its return to Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. The first race featured two red flags, ironically caused by AMA Superbike regulars Danny Eslick and Roger Hayden, the two men with the most recent experience at the famed track. The second race was a much cleaner affair, with a dramatic finish, setting up the final two rounds of the championship.

Natural Habitats

Sat, 26 Jan 2013

SAM Christmas has been a professional photographer for the last 3 years and is the man behind Natural Habitats, a collection of photos covering the growing UK custom scene, showing bikes and their builders at home.    Sam's clients include the likes of Honda, Dainese, Google, Polo Jeans and Edwin denim but Natural Habitats is a personal project that took one and a half years to complete. I got to meet Sam when the exhibition opened in Shoreditch on Thursday evening.

R&G announce cheaper engine case cover kits

Tue, 06 Sep 2011

R&G Racing has reacted to the rising cost of official motorcycle parts from manufacturers by creating money saving packages on its Engine Case Covers. As a reaction to the parts price rise, the crash protection leader has created a kit package on its Engine Case Covers (ECC) – offering an overall saving of more than 10% when compared to buying the items individually. The ECCs are designed to protect the engine cases and the inner workings of the motor in the event of a drop by acting as a sturdy ‘second skin’.By simply bolting over the original items, fitting the durable Engine Case Covers doesn’t require draining any engine fluids or replacing gaskets. Extensively developed in the ACU R&G Racing Suzuki GSX-R600 Trophy, as well as being tested and approved by the California Superbike School in the UK and USA, the covers can allow a bike to be ridden after a crash or prevent terminal engine damage from oil leaks or casing punctures.Protection benefits aside, financial savings for riders are evident by looking at official parts prices; to replace only the clutch cover on a Suzuki GSX-R1000K7 would cost £206 including a new gasket, but all three R&G Engine Case Covers for this bike cost only £143.
