Honda CB description

1977 Honda CB550K Super Sport You are bidding on 1 of my personal bikes. It is a 1977 Honda CB550K. Clean title in hand. This is a bad boy!!! four into 1 Honda Header. Chromed oil cover, chromed valve adjuster covers, chromed points cover. Carbs recently tuned. Starts very easy and runs good. I changed the tank and side covers to CB500 tank and side covers to make it look like a CB500. I do not have the other tank and side covers, sorry. I like it like this. It is kind of a sleeper. WSBK 2012: Assen Results

Mon, 23 Apr 2012

The Netherlands hosted a dramatic weekend of World Superbike racing that featured a red-flagged wet race, several riders crashing while leading, a first-time race winner, a photo finish between two teammates and the reigning World Champion finishing out of the points because of a poor choice of tires. The 2011 WSBK Champion Carlos Checa arrived at Assen with the lead in the championship and a three-race winning streak, but opting to run wet tires in Race Two cost him the lead and may have contributed to a crash that severely injured Liberty Racing‘s Brett McCormick. Things I wouldn't like to race: Part 1

Mon, 25 Jul 2011

Now I know that Mike Hailwood raced a 6-cylinder Honda but that's no excuse for this CBX I spotted at the Bikers Days Spa Classic. The 1047cc, inline 6 cylinder, 24 Valve, DOHC Honda might be a feat of engineering brilliance but it looks like it would be a right handful on track. I've added a picture of an oil tanker to give you an idea of just how long the CBX's wheelbase really is.

VFR800F Coming to US as 2014 Honda Interceptor

Tue, 04 Feb 2014

We’ll admit, we weren’t confident Honda would import the VFR800F to these shores when it was first announced at last fall’s EICMA show in Milan. As such, we are pleased to report American Honda is bringing back the V-4 sport-tourer to the U.S. market as the Honda Interceptor.
