Honda CB tech info
Honda CB description
Offered for sale is this time capsule of a 1970s chopper. These old Japanese period choppers have a real following, and are popular with many new collectors. Here is an old show bike that is ready to be restored to its former glory. The bike features a coffin style tank, and the bodywork is all done in metal. It has been sitting since the 1980s, and the skim coat of plastic that's on it is braking down, so the bike will need to be blasted back to bare metal and done over. But it's a great start for a Winter restoration.
The bike comes with a clear Virginia title, ready for the new owner to transfer into their name. The engine turns over, but the bike is not currently running. It's missing the exhaust, seat and brake calipers. Please ask all questions prior to bidding. Payment expected within one week of auction end. Bike must be picked up within one month of auction end. Overseas sales are fine, but I can not help with shipping quotes. Cash or check accepted. Paypal accepted only if paid via Friends and Family option, which has no fees on either end if coming from a Paypal balance or checking account. Good luck! |
