Honda Trail 70 description

This Honda was poorly stored.  It has some rust from a long period of storage and climate, missing key, missing lights, torn seat on left side, tires may be dry rotten, and I am not sure if it is operable.  It does not have title and warranty.  I am not the original owner, but I am legally authorized to sell this item.
