Honda RC51 description

I have a 2004 Honda RC51 Nicky Hayden edition for sale with 25,788 miles, the bikes in great condition and needs nothing, has normal wear for its age, with a small ding and scratch in the tank (in the pic). I'm the second owner and this bike has been taken care of. I'm selling it because I haven't ridden it in 2 years. The bike has hid headlights, Leo Vince exhaust, carbon fiber rear hugger, Puig double bubble windscreen, aftermarket levers and custom made stainless exhaust hangers. I removed the passenger pegs because I never had a passenger plus it looks a lot better. I have the passenger seat and pegs, this is an awesome bike and pure fun to ride, the sound of the v twin is an experience in itself. I don't need to sell it, I just haven't ridden it and maybe someone else can enjoy the bike. cash only and buyer must pick up  - no shipping

Bradl learns Laguna on a 'Blade

Thu, 07 Jun 2012

As neither the 125GPs or the Moto2 classes race at Laguna Seca, Stefan Bradl smartly used his time between the Le Mans and Catalunya Grand Prixs to learn the California track and the Corkscrew ahead of the US GP on July 29th. Riding a loaned Fireblade from Honda America, the German took the to undulating circuit on a trackday, reportedly passing other riders very politely - watch a small glimpse of him here. “Moto2 and Moto3 don’t race at Mazda Raceway so we thought it was a good idea to have a first taste of this tight and twisty circuit." said the 2011 Moto2 champion said.

"Dangerous" assistant

Thu, 07 Apr 2016

Honda has patented its development in the field of interactive technologies that prevent accidents, following BMW. The Japanese proposed a warning system about the danger that lies in wait for the driver in the blind zone. Honda engineers have proposed equipping the motorcycle with cameras and radars that will detect dangerous proximity to another vehicle or pedestrian and warn the driver through light indication or tactile feedback.

2012 GSX-R1000 arrives at Visordown HQ

Wed, 23 May 2012

You've probably seen the video of Simon Crafar smoking up the 2012 GSX-R1000 at Almeria. Impressive stuff. Suzuki are (correct me if I'm wrong) the last manufacturer of an inline four superbike not to offer it with some sort of electronic rider aids.
