Honda Magna description

1986 Honda Magna vf700c, great ride able project bike. I cleaned and rebuilt the carbs, put a clean tank on it and got it running after it had sat for about 3yrs from the previous owner. Then i put a 7" round headlamp on it, super bike bars, and cut the rear end off and made a solo seat out of the old seat. I just put a new battery in it, replaced the regulator rectifier, and a new starter. I call it a project bike because it still needs work to be 100%, but that doesn't stop me from riding it every chance i get. bike runs well, it has the v45 2nd gear issue where it pops in and out of gear in 2nd if you accelerate hard, but is fine when cruising and in all other gears pulls fine, it currently does not have the choke hooked up, but starts fine with the new starter and battery in it. It comes with a box of spare parts, and a set of spare carbs that need rebuilding. let me know if your interested or have any questions, call or text no email pleasemight take trades, but really need cash for other projects thanks

Bradl Staying with LCR Honda for 2014 MotoGP Season

Thu, 15 Aug 2013

The LCR Honda announced Stefan Bradl has signed a one-year contract extension with Honda Racing Corporation (HRC) that will see the German rider return with the team for the 2014 MotoGP season. Bradl won the 2012 MotoGP Rookie of the Year award with the LCR Honda squad and currently sits sixth in the 2013 championship standings after earning his first career MotoGP-class podium with a second-place result at Laguna Seca. The 2011 Moto2 champion will continue to receive factory support from HRC while racing for Lucio Cecchinello’s LCR squad.

Is this Honda's inspiration for mass-centralisation

SORRY TO keep carpin’ on about porcelain bathroom products but this beauty, I think, is of great motorcycling significance. Feast on its elegant lines and classical, elegant beauty. Combining an integral hand basin (with a nifty electrically operated water pump in the cistern lid) this john not only provides ingenious space saving design techniques but also serves as a timely reminder to wash your hands once you’ve pointed Percy at the porcelain.

BMW 1000RR and the Honda C70, are they indestructible?

I’ve managed 1374 miles on the Michelin Power Pures (mostly on track) and although we’ve had some decent temperatures they still look like new so there’s plenty meat left for another month at least. I’ve been running them at 30psi front and 32psi rear and find they warm up after a few miles but I wouldn’t say the temperature comes any quicker than any of the competition so it has to be four miles before I get brave. I’ve had a few out the seat moments with my BMW but I have got the rear suspension  set pretty hard (8 rebound,8 compression, two turns on pre load) and in slick mode, so 190bhp in first gear at the Knockhill hairpin is always going to be dodgy.
