Honda Magna description

2002 Honda Magna 750. VERY fast bike. V4 four cylinder motor with four straight pipes provides a lot of power. This is a classic muscle bike in the same class as the VMax. Bike has been maintained while ridden. Brand new battery and fresh oil change. Tires should last another season. Ready to ride. I Don't have time to ride it much now with a toddler and need it gone. I hate to see it just sitting. Feel free to contact me with any questions or to stop by and see it. Local pick up only. The bike is in great shape as far as I know but is being sold as is with no expressed or implied warranty. Payment in  hand prior to any test rides. I hate to do that but I've been burned in the past.

Thumbs up for a chilly N.E.C.

Wed, 08 Dec 2010

Apart from the freaky weather I have to say last week’s Carole Nash Motorcycle Live N.E.C. show was the best Birmingham event I've attended in the ten years. I really appreciate the fact that manufacturers chose to ignore the recession giving us great stands to cater for every enthusiast young and old.  Aprilia made a welcome return and I don’t know anyone that didn’t enjoy admiring the WSB RSV4, surely the the most gorgeous bike on the planet? The Honda stand rarely disappoints and this year was no exception with banking bikes providing fun for all the family.

Two-time MotoGP World Champion Casey Stoner has announced he will retire following the end of the 2012 season. Rumors of Stoner’s impending retirement plans have been floating around for weeks with the 26-year-old Repsol Honda racer saying he will continue racing until he no longer enjoyed it. That seems to be the case now as the 2007 and 2011 MotoGP Champion announced he will retire at a press conference ahead of this weekend’s French Grand Prix at Le Mans.

First Look: Marotti Honda-engined trike

Wed, 10 Feb 2010

TAKE A HONDA VFR750 engine, a reverse trike chassis and some Batman-style aerodynamic bodywork and this is the result. Polish company Marotti have built this 100bhp prototype model using a 750cc Honda motorcycle engine. The company is now planning to frighten potential customers witless with a new 1.4 litre engine machine that will deliver a claimed power ratio of 397bhp/tonne.Oooh, yer bugger...
