*****Rare 1973 Honda Elsinore 250M!***** ****Update**** It has been brought to my attention from a viewer of the bike, that it may be a 1974 Elsinore 250, not a 1973. I advertised it as labeled and could not confirm the vin # on any sites online. We are not trying to represent the bike as anything other than what it is, a restored Elsinore 250. It was listed as labeled, but as it was brought to our attention, that there are very minimal differences between the two years and production runs, and this bikes vin #'s could be in the '74 production run. If any viewers have any way to confirm the year, via vin #'s, we would appreciate any effort and assistance. I included a pic of one of the references online that I couldn't confirm with. Tue, 07 Jan 2014Joan Barreda won his second special stage this year and now boasts a lead of more than 13 minutes over Cyril Despres and Marc Coma, the two other beneficiaries of a particularly decisive stage. Today’s stage, part one of the first marathon stage with no team service, was characterized by the highest ever racing altitude in Dakar history. Facing the 22,841 foot summit of the Aconcagua, South America´s highest mountain, the motorcycle riders had to cross a pass over 14,107 feet in elevation in trial-like conditions.

Never was it more true than on the launch of Honda's CBR125R and CBR250R where a handful of UK journos were riding elbow to elbow for a couple of hours, with laughter flowing from everyone's lid as we all took turns to back in to roundabouts, burnout through town and wheelie from the lights.. This video shows me chasing Trevor Franklin of MCN fame on a top speed run.
