Harley-Davidson Touring description
Here we have 1982 Sportster XLHA 1000cc. Rare 25th anniversary edition. Apparently there were only 750 produced. The bike is in good shape for a 1982. All the metal seems to be original. It has 15,xxxmi. With that said, the bike isn't "new condition". Some minor cosmetic blemishes here and there. there is a small unnoticeable ding on the underneath of the tank (pictured).
Again, for a 1982, it is in really good shape. Tires are in great shape. Mechanically, I am not a huge Harley enthusiast or v-twin carbed bikes to be exact. Biggest thing I had noticed is it needs a clutch adjustment and possibly a minor tune up. Bike runs and drives fine. Again minor adjustments here and there. Only thing I noticed that is aftermarket is the carburetor set up. It has an S&S Series E carburetor. I bought it to possibly ride around during summer but things changed and I got to put money into my boat. |

Gymnast on a Harley….Wow.
Mon, 23 Mar 2009What happens when you take away a smokin’ hot gymnast’s balance beam and replace it with a Harley-Davidson Fat Bob? It’s only 30 seconds but who’s to stop you from playing it over and over again? Now what would be even more amazing is if there was a dude riding that bike on the highway while she did that. What would be a million times more amazing would be if that dude was me.
A custom Harley-Davidson Street 750
Thu, 29 Jan 2015This amazing motorcycle was built in just four weeks in a workshop located 300 kilometers south of Harley-Davidson's Indian factory. The project came to life thanks to the efforts of Rajputana Customs and H.-D., which provided Street 750 as a donor. The first upgrade to the bike was a Suzuki GSX-R sport fork with stiffer springs and longer travel.
